I received my next MRI date, June 11th, with follow-up for results shortly after. I was really happy about getting a June date as the Pan-Am & Para-Pan-Am 2015 Games are being held in Toronto starting July 10th, but events are spread out across Hamilton (where my Oncology appointments are) and the Niagara Region (where I live). I figure traffic may be a nightmare and having to factor in travel time for those appointments may be a bit hard. Thankfully though, so long as I behave and "stay on track" with things I won't have to worry about it. I've been feeling okay, I finally got over my bronchitis, and will be weening off of my dexamethasone after I come back from the Bryan Adams concert this weekend. I'm totally excited! And I made the executive decision to hold off weening off of my meds for about an extra 10 days or so in order to be able to function so I could go. Hey. It's Bryan Adams!
